hi I cussed on a message because someone was making fun of me and tommorow I won't be able to play on my Xbox live account so I want to get my suspension off so I can play

Hey there.

Please try this:

1) Do a power cycle

- Turn off the Xbox

- Remove the power cable for 15 seconds

- Turn it on again

2) Remove your profile from the xbox.

- reboot the console

- Redownload your profile.

No! you're not suspended. You need to have a gold (paid membership) to be able to play multiplayer games (online).

If someone harasses you on xbox live just report that person or block him/her to avoid further abuse.

You can view your ban by logging in at enforcement.xbox.com. Unfortunately 24hr suspensions are not eligible for case review.
