I am also having problems connecting to parties

Also, for those of you that have played diablo 3 with friends, when I try to connect to one of the people i am having problems with I don't even have the "join party" option on the main screen.

If you have a DSL connection it can sometimes be just slow enough to kick you out of a party even though your connection is fine. Also, if your internet is not a problem, sometimes the party leader may have a slower connection which would cause the members
of the party to have lag problems.

I am also curious to if anyone has resolved this problem. I have almost identical issues as the other two users on here with online play, specifically in COD Black Ops II. Like the other users the problem gets worse when playing in a party but have disconnect
issues in all online game modes even when not a part of a party. I am located in Athens GA and also have Charter as my ISP. Use a wired connection typically but have tried wireless as well with no result. My modem however does not automatically reset, I
have to manually unplug and replug and then I get service for about 20 minutes then the issue starts again. I have tried directly plugging into the modem instead of the router with no difference in connection speed. I also have the same difficulty as Synz
when testing the connection, in that it will simply tell me it can't connect to the network or to xbox live.

I am also having the same problem - although it works just fine while in party chat.
