    What advertisements for gambling are you seeing? But yes, Microsoft would not be advertising things such as pornography. If this is on your web browser, it may be advertisements unrelated to Microsoft and something due to adware infecting your browser.

    It does apply. Trading Microsoft Point cards on the Xbox Live service is against the ToU. In fact, if you continue to read further down the Terms of Use, at the bottom is the following...

    Again, in section four (#4), at the bottom of it this time in the Terms of Use. So gambling
    is off limits.
