    I am about to lose it


    I am abut to lose my [mod removed]. I have reached out to Microsoft 4 times in the last 2 weeks and its NOTHING BUT chasing my own tail. I just did the live chat twice and both times it goes nowhere. Its nothing but a white screen when I hit the submit
    button. I am BEYOND frustrated!! It SHOULD NOT BE THIS HARD TO GET A HOLD OF A COMPANY!!!

    I want an email address to email someone about a warranty issue. I no longer want to do their live chats or phone calls. No one seems to understand what I need. My son purchased a gaming headset (a cheap one) and we bought the warranty. The dang headset
    no longer works. We have spoken with people (and there were major language barriers) and each one of those calls ended up being 45+ minutes long. We have done the chats and they just tell us to call the people that we already spoke to. We have called Amazon
    because thats who he bought the headset off of, but they tell us that we have to go through Microsoft for the warranty replacements. ITS A VICIOUS CYCLE. It should not take a month to get an issue resolved. How do I email Microsoft about a warranty issue??

    Third party companies produce headsets for Xbox one if the headset is a third party product you would have to contact that company for warranty issues. Only if the headset is an actual xbox produced item would it be an xbox issue.

    Well, since we're not seeing the same results on our end, it's just your connection. Try waiting a couple of minutes or restart your modem.

    Thank you but there is no ID number on the headset to register. This was a $25 headset purchased from Amazon 6 months ago. My son is a child and he deserves to get another one since he bought the warranty. I am not able to "register it" which is part
    of the problem. I even have the box and there is nothing on there to register. I should be able to send everything to Microsoft and have them send me another one. It should NOT be this difficult. I swear, they are making it this hard the people walk away
    and just buy another one.

    I don´t have that much experience with the warranty procedure in your country.

    Usual way for me was to register my devices at https://devicesupport.microsoft.com/

    There you can register microsoft devices, check the warranty status and arrange an exchange of malfunctioning hardware.

    Wow, thnk you for taking the time to do that. See, the frustration is real. When I called Amazon, they tell me that they only sold the warranty to me as a 3rd party for Microsoft. They said that the actual act of fulfilling that warranty is the responsibility
    of Microsoft. I will try to call them again. Thank you
