Hi I am a Xbox One Preview Program member and when I got the new update (With Cortana) I am unable to sign in. I can scroll all the way to the left as if I where to sign in but it wont let me scroll onto my gamertag, the same thing happens when I try to
sign in from a Game or App that requires signing in. Another update also came through my console but it wont update now either. It installs but when the console restarts to apply the update it just does not come back on and the on/off button on the console
just keeps flashing

Xbox One latest update for Preview members & Cortana

I'm a member of the preview program but I still haven't got an update on my console via Xbox One and I still don't have Cortana. Is it because I'm in Canada? Or why?

 

Can't buy overwatch loot box's

I am a preview member with the cortana update. I am unable to purchase any loot box's for overwatch. The In game store doesn't seem to work, and the xbox store send me to my banks verification page and then when I click download i get a error message. Any
help with this would be great.

The July update caused my External Seagate 3TB HDD to no longer load my game saves. I can play my games, but only with the internal HDD on my XB1. I am SO GLAD I periodically saved my game saves to my INTERNAL HDD, or else I would be out of luck. And
NOBODY has responded to my forum post outlining this issue. I've been waiting for days now...
