I am 5 Star VIP, but I haven't got any of me 10% back in credits for the last several games I've bought. My last deposit date was 10/11/17, so I am showing 0 credits.

Since 10/10/17, I have bought

Middle Earth Sahdow of War Gold (99.99)

Cuphead (19.99)

South Park Fractured but Whole (89.99)

Evil Within Season Pass (9.99)

Evil Within 2 (59.99)

Dead Rising 4 Deluxe (24)

Friady the 13th Game (39.99)

Assassins Creed Origin Gold (99.99)

Wolfenstiein 2 Deluxe (79.99)

None were pre orders. They were all purchased either the day they came out or a few days later.

Since I get 10% back, I should be showing about 50,000 credits

Not receiving rewards for purchases

I've bought and preordered games since the last few weeks of march and I've yet to have any pending credits, but my vip star rank went from 4 to 5. Can someone please look into this. Ive bought about atleast 5 games since mid march, at least.

where my Vip credit for the month of August?

Hi, I haven't got my ViP credits for the games etc I purchase in August. I should get 10% back as credit for my purchases that i paid for and that have or had release in AUGUST!

CAN YOU LOOK INTO THIS?

Rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it is too early to see credits for October purchases. Keep in mind that your purchase of Dead Rising would count towards the Franken Rewards offer and not your
rebate.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending. Additionally, your purchase of South Park was a pre-order, so it would not award MyVIP payback.

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

I am at 4 out of 5 stars. I've purchased dlc, and some games in the past say.... 3 months and haven't received a rebate

In the past that was never the case. Looking back at my history, I spent a lot of cash last Feb, yet my deposit was showing for pending at the end of that month and I got my credit on 3/8. I'd like to try and work myself back up to the 5 star VIP level (August
should have pushed me to 4)I was at one point, and this doesn't exactly motivate me to try if it no longer gives me credit on purchases......
