    Hi,

    I signed up for the 4-month free trial to Groove Music (30-day free trial + token for 3 additional months) in ma, and I still have not received the token for 3 months free and I have been charged $9.99

    I've been bounced around by 3 different people in support chats and this is where I've been directed to post.

    The person that sent me here stated "I can assure you that our team support will reach you and can definitely provide you the code."

    She told me that the employees of Microsoft have also had issues getting the 3 month token.

    Haven't received my 3 month code for groove music

    I haven't received my promotional 3 month code for signing up with groove music. Customer service sent me here for some reason after almost 2 hours of chatting with 4 different reps. Would like to get my code before I get charged for the next months billing

    Signed up for groove music free trial and still haven't received a code for extended 3 month period.

    Hello,

    I signed up for groove music free trial as a first time subscriber a month ago from now when the offer for 3 more free months of groove music was available. Upon signing up they told me that I would receive 3 free months of groove music for free as a code
    in email. However I have not received the code as of yet, it's been 30 days now since I signed up for groove music free trial. Please help me with this issue as soon as possible.

    Where did you sign-up for the Microsoft Groove promotion? Was it on the Xbox One dashboard, or was it through Groove's website or the Windows Store on Windows 10? If you signed-up on the Xbox One dashboard, you came to the right spot! We will just need to
    know the date that you signed up so we can take a deeper look.

    If you signed up through Groove music's website, or through the Windows Store on Windows 10, please drop a post over in our

    Groove Music Support forums     so the proper team can assist. We're able to help out with promotions ran through the Xbox One dashboard, however any promotions outside of that we don't have access to I'm afraid.

    Sincere apologies for any frustration this has caused, please keep us posted so we can try to get this sorted. Hope this helps!

    Buy one month of Groove Music Pass, and the next three months are on the house.

    I responded to an email from Microsoft on 7/13/2016, signed up for a 30 day Groove Music Pass subscription on the promise by Microsoft for a 90 day Groove Music Pass access. A promo code has never been received. I was passed from one chat support representative
    to another to another to another and then after spending 30 minutes was sent here. Maybe this will get resolved soon.

    Their email stated "Rev up your summer soundtrack with 3 free months (90 days) of music.* Just sign up for Groove Music Pass, and after your first paid month ($9.99), we'll email you a promo code for your bonus months (as always, you can cancel anytime).
    But hurry - this deal won't last forever."

    I signed up for groove music in August as there was a 3 month free. I have now paid for groove for the last 2 months and haven't got my code?.

    Please can you advise as this seems like false advertising to me......
