Have you logged into the account you used to purchase the game from the Microsoft Store app on your Windows 10?

In the upper right corner, you can log in to the correct account, look for the game in the app and install it.

Still says I don't own it. I've done everything that was requested from you, so there is nothing I can really do. I've even read through all the articles on the Minecraft.net website nothing is helping and I have done so much research on the matter. not very happy that I have to re-buy it with the money I don't have thank you for help anyways. Also it is telling me that I have to re-buy the windows 10 version that i already bought as well!! I would be lying if I said I wasn't frustrated. it just seems weird that the game jus disappeared out of nowhere.

I recommend you open a ticket with Mojang Support on for them to do a cross reference.
