    Dashboard showing Free account - But upgraded to Gold

    Hey guys,

    I purchased a 30 day gold subscription and activated it online using my PC. I have checked the dashboard on my xbox but its still showing as Free live account but when i go into manage account it shows i have xbox live gold subscription.

    I have been trying to use the sky player to watch live tv but keeps asking me to upgrade to gold, But ive already purchased and activated my 1 month gold subscription.

    Any body got any idea why its still showing as Free xbox live when its purchased and activated my 1 month xbox live code

    This is obviously part of the reason why skyplayer will not work.

    i just subscribed to XBOX LIVE GOLD MEMBERSHIP 1 month trial. On Pc in my microsft account i can see my subscription but not on console.

    Are you signed in with the same account as you are on your PC ?

    On the forums you're currently showing up as Silver instead of Gold you can check if you have an active gold subscription here

    Does the one month membership from a card count for the Games for Gold programme? I don't see the games as free even though I just loaded 1 month membership and there is no "trial" word in my membershipments on Xbox and on PC, but I have other gold functionalities
