i tried to call the support but they didnt pick up.at the start it said, that i have 3 months gold and then i was still silver.mybe cause i wasnt login in this account from pc first,cause iwasnt using it for 1 year. first i reedem the code from xbox one,and
then i signed in from pc to the account.

Problem with Xbox Live Gold Abo

After buying an Xbox One S I received one month free of Xbox Live Gold. I bought a 3 month subscription card later and activated it either on the same day or one day later. During the Activation of three month Prepaid Live Gold I received an error that there
was some problems. Two or three days later I saw that one month free Live Gold Subscription was activated and the other one was there but with no details (I was sure it will activate as soon as the free time ends). After one month (on 28th December) 30 day
free Trial ended and 6,99 was deducted from my Paypal account for another month (which I was forced to give, in order to activate the first free month) and at the same time I did noticed that the 3 month Prepaid Subscription had only 2 months left. In other
words I had 2 Xbox Live Gold Subscriptions running at the same time (one free and one 3 month Prepaid) and no information or warning about it.

I already canceled the first "free" Xbox Live Gold Subscription and I only got 5,87 back from the 6,99 I paid. If it wasn't enough, it seems that I did not get any free time at all, because my 3 month Prepaid Subscription was activated straight away after
I input the code. What's funny about it I couldn't use all the futures of Live Gold membership (for example getting a free game) because you need to spend some money first (pay for the Subscription at least once).

12 month auto renewal on a canceled card

on september 1 xbox live renewed my xbox live gold with a 12 month auto renewalsubscription to a debit card i had canceled at the beginning of summer, so my question is how the heck did they renew it on a canceled card

I tried to cancel the auto renewal, but I still received a email that said my account had been renewed for 1 month of Gold.

When I log into my Microsoft account on the computer is shows a recent order of Gold - 1 month on 12/10/15 with my credit card number.

Can this get activated? Or was it in fact cancelled?

happened to me except mine didn't run out, I just had 12 month gold card activated on it in december, so it should've stacked, yet it still did it to me i went from 3 to 2.

I have had a similar problem. I had a one month gold sub for a month or so and decided to upgrade and paid for a year membership on 3/2/2014 with my current card. Never received a cancellation email or anything...and now I go to my account and find that
it doesn't even show my year membership...just a one month sub on a card I never use anymore. My payment history shows me buying the yearly membership but for some reason I got *** out of it and now I am being told that my gold membership will end if I don't
update my card info for a one month sub that shouldn't be.

You can purchase 5 years of Live Gold membership on 5 12 month cards and activate each one as each year expires. Or you can activate 3 12 month cards and have a total of 36 months of maximum subscription and then activate the 2 12 month cards.

To my knowledge you have to add the card details in to get this offer. However you can cancel and delete the card details straight after if that helps.

Also I will note if you have never had Ultimate before, I would suggest buying up to 3 years of Gold membership first and then paying the £1 for the month of Ultimate as it will upgrade any gold membership up to ultimate for free (meaning for the price of
Gold for however long you buy it for in that 3 years, plus the £1 for the month of ultimate you could get 3 years of ultimate which saves a very pretty penny).

If you do this offer then don't cancel the subscription as people have trouble with this all the time cancelling the whole thing not just it reoccurring.
