I logged into my account on someone else's xbox and played a game that we both had played at our own houses. This time on his xbox, when I opened up Ark Survival Evolved, it said something like "used last saved game data from this xbox or use xbox live data".
I accidentally pressed to use last saved data from that Xbox and now it set the game data back to two weeks ago! I don't know how to get back to the progress that I had currently made at my house. Please help.

Deleted a profile on accident

i deleted a gamer profile that never had xbox live on accident that has saved data on Borderlands 2 it says saved game unknown profile now in my storage. is there a way to recover the saved data and profile mainly the data.

USB disk needs formatted but all my files are on it. Please help.

Hey so a little while ago i got on my xbox to play a game but once i got on there wasn't any saved data. So i went to my storage settings and it said that my USB needed formatted. The only problem is that my usb has my saved game data on it and i dont want
to lose it. Im sure theirs some way to recover the files i just dont know how. Please help if you can. Thx.

Hi Shadow, I am unfamiliar how saves are handled by Arc but if the game allowed you to create your own save points separate from the auto-saves, you should just be able to load that file to restore your game based on your last progress point. If this option
did not exist then the data maybe lost, but I would recommend contacting Arc support to see if they have further solutions.

There is no way of accessing on-line cloud save data and don't think this data just got wiped either.

The cloud sync is just a copy of the game saves that are stored on the console. If you download the game on another console, this is synced to the console also. It sounds to me that you (or someone else) has accidently deleted this data on the console, so
the console deleted it from the cloud.

I would suggest you investigate this a bit further...

xbox live is up and running fine here on my end. but for your corrupt game save did you ever recover your profile on someone elses xbox or maybe accidently deleted your gears 3 data?

Have you tried deleting saved data and resinking and did you accidently delete data from console and xbox online

Hi there!

What exactly is your Xbox console model?
When was the last time you had access to your game's old progress? Did you play on the same console?

If you're using the same account to play the game before and now, your progress should be synchronized from the cloud.

Try to clear your game's local data to resync its data from the cloud.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide and then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
Highlight the game title, and then press the Menu button on your controller.
Select Manage game and add-ons > Saved data.
Select Delete all to remove the local save of this game, then follow the prompts.
After you delete the local save, restart your Xbox:
Press and hold the Xbox button in the centre of your controller.
Select Restart console, then follow the prompts.
