    They will not be able to send you another code. I think they should have sent it in an e-mail too. I know that they did but some people only got the message. I would call Microsoft and complain about how they ran this promotion along with the Xbox Live is
    10 one. Sending codes on xbox is not a good way to deliver them.

    If you received the code on a Xbox Live messaging center, and have not redeemed it within a few days Xbox Live will send you a message stating that you have not redeemed the code. That message will have the code within it. Hope this helps.
