I reset my xbox because the network wasn't working. And I signed back into my 12 month subscription and it gave me a new profile with no xbox live. Can anyone help?

Accidently? You are given a few messages saying "Are you sure" throughout the process. All you need to do is sign into your profile, resetting your xbox just means you are starting from scratch. Sign back into your profile, and all of your games will be
there along with your 12 months.

I’m sorry to hear that, especially since it sounds like you put a lot of time into your 95 OVR PG. I’ve been there, and losing a favorite build can be devastating. Just a quick reminder that this is a public forum, and I’m not able to access or make changes to your account, but I can guide you on what you can try.

Unfortunately, if your MyPLAYER build was deleted manually, there’s no in-game “undo” or recycle bin to restore it. But here’s what I recommend doing right away:

*If you're on Xbox, go to Settings > System > Storage > Saved Data, find NBA 2K, and check if there's a cloud save that predates the deletion

*Try deleting the local save (NOT the cloud save), then restart the game — it may re-sync the older cloud save

*Make sure your cloud saves are turned on and that you're signed in with the same account you were using with that MyPLAYER

If that doesn’t work, your best bet is to contact 2K Support directly and request a manual restore:

When you contact them, include:

Your Gamertag or PSN ID

The platform (Xbox, PlayStation, etc.)

The exact player build name, position, and OVR

The approximate date/time it was deleted

Any screenshots (if available)

They can sometimes restore lost builds if you acted quickly. I recommend submitting the request as soon as possible before new save data overwrites the old one.
