Go to the log in page with a secondary email and once there select “forgot password.” Choosing the “forgot password” option will send you the link to a form . You will need to fill it out and wait for Microsoft to contact you and try to help regain access to theaccount,

yes I contacted them but I can log into my account and they said they can’t help me if I can’t log into the account it doesn’t make sense to me but I will try again, thanks

Hi again, I have re subscribed to Xbox live, so probably have two paid accounts, seems I can’t get to speak to any human! I did a reset and lost my email account, from a few years ago so can’t do anything.

Any ideas?

have you tried resetting your windows live password by the way? first time it happened to me i waited months for a link to simply reset my password. it then happened again and i just went straight to my account and click forgotten password and reset again.
i'd try that if you already haven't. best of luck
