Discus and support I accidentally redeemed a wrong code for nba 2K17 instead of 18 in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; i went to GameStop and I asked the cashier for 2 nba 2K18 35,000 VC cards but when I redeemed them it said that it was nba 2K17 and not 18, is there...     I accidentally redeemed a wrong code for nba 2K17 instead of 18


    i went to GameStop and I asked the cashier for 2 nba 2K18 35,000 VC cards but when I redeemed them it said that it was nba 2K17 and not 18, is there anyway to transfer VC or does it stay on the game because I traded in 2K17 for the VC .

    Hello,

    Earlier today, I bought a code for 35,000 VC for NBA 2k17 on Amazon. Link: https://www.amazon.com/NBA-2K16-Xbox-Digital-Code/dp/B015TDFFIE?th=1

    After I got the code, I went onto my Xbox, redeemed the code, and it said that the code was valid, and that I would receive my 35,000 VC. So I go onto 2k17, and the VC isn't there. I figured that was normal, so I gave it about an hour and a half. I went
    back into the game, and my VC total was still at around 2,000. Please help.

    Didn't receieve my February Gold Quest reward.

    In February I got 2 achievements in Shadow Warrior (a February Games with Gold game). I played at least Rocket League, NBA 2K17, and NBA Live 18 for over 30 minutes each. I also played my Xbox everyday of the month, so if that counts as logging in, I logged
    in over 10 times. So I was just curious if all the rewards got sent out already or if I'm wrong about completing the quest.

    Sorry to hear it. Once used a code cannot be used again and the VC will stay on the game you saw. I would recommend contacting GameStop to see if anything can be done as they sold you the wrong code.

    I would suggest you contact Gamestop and see if they will do anything to help fix this seeing how it was there error. If they wont you should then try contacting 2k Games and see if they can transfer the VC.

    I would suggest you contact Gamestop and see if they will do anything to help fix this seeing how it was there error. If they wont you should then try contacting 2k Games and see if they can transfer the VC.

    NBA 2K17 Legend Edition Gold Pre-Order page     on the Microsoft Store, you can find your NBA 2K16 items by doing the following:

    35,000 VC can be instantly redeemed in NBA 2K16 by searching for "NBA 2K16" on the Xbox Store and downloading the "35,000 VC for NBA 2K16 (PreOrder Incentive)"
