I accidentally redeemed a ultimate pass on a different account, but all of my game...

Yes it was 3 month game pass ultimate and it also said if I check billings on my account that game pass ultimate was successfully redeemed on my account. But I get nothing and couldn't use game pass or get live services

Based on your description, it might be possible that you have accidentally redeemed the codes on a different account.

To confirm this, kindly sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > go to payment and billing > then order history > select the date of range when you redeemed the gift card.

You may also check if the subscription is active on account.microsoft.com > services and subscription.

If you're unable to see the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate redeemed codes transaction under your account, this proves that the codes were redeemed on a different account.

Try to check your other Microsoft accounts' order history/services and subscriptions to find the gift card transaction.

You can't gift the GPU subscription from All Access:

"Your 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership is delivered directly to your console during set-up and is available in Settings; no codes required. Must be redeemed on the console purchased in the Bundle"

I should mention those are the terms for the UK side of things...I imagine it is the same elsewhere but different countries have different legal stuff

Edit: The GPU has to be redeemed on the console it is associated with but can be redeemed by any account on that console apparently.

As to whether it is time-gated: All I could find was this: "If you’re already an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate member, wait until your existing membership has a prepaid balance that is less than 12 months before redeeming the 24-month Xbox Game Pass Ultimate membership through Xbox All Access. You will be unable to redeem with more than 12 prepaid months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate."
