I accidentally got my friends account banned

Hello, I recently reported my friends account multiple times for communication as he was sending inappropriate messages so I thought as a joke I would report the messages. The next day I realised his account had been banned and I was wondering if there was
anyway I could get his account unbanned as the messages did not bother me at all and I was not offended in the slightest

Can't access the insider hub

I can't access the insider hub because my account got accidentally banned back in September. My account is unbanned now

my account got banned without me doing anything

Hi my account got suspended and I wasn't even on my account for about a week and I think one of my friends got on my account got on and got me banned to be funny or something and I got on and I was banned. and I want my account back since I didn't do anything
but i'm banned and want to be able to play with friends and talk to friends. thank you for your help and consideration.

Just wait the timeframe, anyone can be unbanned.

Enforcement team takes seriously all the reports.

You reported the messages, enforcement found them to be offensive, and acted on the complaint. Or, he sent offensive messages to somebody else and they reported the messages, enforcement found them to be offensive, and acted on the complaint. Either way,
he will have to wait until his suspension has expired. If he was banned outright, then the messages had to be pretty bad, or he had many complaints. Bans are almost never reversed.

They would have been banned because they did something to violate the rules, not just because you reported them. They would need to submit a case review (if eligible) on the enforcement site to see about having the ban lifted.

With regards to enforcement action or ban, I am afraid there are none here in the community who can assist or check an Xbox enforcement status and is also noted on the enforcement page.

You may ask your friend to visit http://enforcement.xbox.com/ to see if he is eligible to file a case review for his account. Normally, case review is for account suspension longer than 24-48 hours.

I literally sent the lyrics of a song to my friend, and he pressed x to copy it because he was using pc at the time but accidentally reported it, the song lyrics where pitbull new song nothing bad really, so I got banned for a song?, because in October I got banned for saying the word poo, am I just not even supposed to reply to people?
