So I was redeeming my myvip gems and claimed Two 75 platinum packs for warframe and I entered the email for the codes to be sent to wrong. Is there anything I can do to update or change the email?

Accidentally used wrong email when redeeming MyVIP 10,000 reward points

Hello, when I went to redeem MyVIP gems for 10,000 Microsoft reward points, I accidentally used the wrong email and didn’t use my Microsoft rewards account email. I tried to make a Microsoft’s rewards account with the email I accidentally entered to no avail.
If anyone would be of any assistance in my issue itd be greatly appreciated!

Accidentally wrote wrong email address for name your game. The accident email does not exist

I was claiming one of the games for name your game, and I had written the email address incorrectly, this email address also does not exist, I accidentally added 1 to the end of the email address name, is it possible to recover the redemption code, and have
it sent to my actual email

The code is for use on microsoftstore.com, not Xbox Live (for some reason the email instructions were sent incorrectly). When you make a purchase on microsoftstore.com, you would enter it in the promo code area during checkout. If you still have issues with
the code, you will need to contact customer support for the Microsoft Store.

If your birth date was entered incorrectly you can change it by going to

http://account.live.com

Enter in your email address and password and it will open up your windows live account info.

Click on 'edit personal info' and put in your correct birth date.
