Hi Arna,

The current outage only applies to playing games through the cloud. It shouldn't affect account access or anything else.

If you close your account there is a 60 days period where you can recover it. After that it will be deleted completely.

online is showing that there is an xbox outage. will this prevent me from recovering my xbox gaming account until it is resolved
