I accidentally deleted my message containing my pre order bonus items code for Sea of Thieves

I seriously need help, i thought it was just a thanks for buying yada yada type of message and then i went back and realized when it was too late that the message had the code for my pre order DLC content. What do i do? i need help

I Deleted my pre order bonus code by accident, can i get another one?

So i pre ordered Sea of Thieves off of the Xbox store app on my windows 10 PC and i had a message that i didnt read fully, it said "thanks for purchasing..." and i figured it wasnt important so i deleted it only to later realize that it had my pre order
bonus code. I bought Sea of Thieves primarily because of the Pre order bonus outfit and such. But now i cant get my message back containing my code. Is it possible to get another one?

Hi there PoulpeMalade01. We're afraid the Black Dog Pack was a pre-order bonus only for Sea of Thieves.

Therefore if you purchased Sea of Thieves after its release, you wouldn't be eligible to receive that DLC.

To check, when you view your
Order History while signed into your account, what do you see there? Do you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol)?

Additionally, when in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the item there?

Also, if you purchased Sea of Thieves, what do you see in your Order History for that purchase? The Black Dog Pack was a pre-order bonus only.
