I accidentally deleted messages from xbox live with game codes

i accidentally deleted the msg from xbox live with my xbox one update code

If the messages have been deleted then you can't get those messages back.

You might be best posting over at the Sales & Promotion forum as they have helped out in the past with these types of issues.

The codes for the games would have been sent by Xbox Live messages, and to the account that purchased the subscription. Check your messages, you may have got them and skipped over the messages or accidentally deleted them.

I had done the same thing, but it appears if you don't use your code withing a few of the sent message on xbox live messaging center, you receive another message from Xbox Live. The message simply states that it appears you have not used your code, and the
same code is present in that message. But make sure not to delete that message!

If you received the code on Xbox Live messaging center, and have not redeemed the code within a few days you will receive another message from Xbox Live stating that you have yet to redeem the code. That message will have the code within it. Hope this helps!
