Hello, I received a message from Xbox Live (Windows) of my Black Dog Pack code and I accidentally deleted, can i recover it?

black dog pack Sea of Thieves

I pre-ordered SoT but did not get the black dog pack and I did not get any message where the code should be on it. What do I have to do to get the black dog pack? (I play on PC)

I accidentally rescued the code from the black dog pack of the sea of thieves on my wrong account that has no game and now I can not put the code in my account that has the game I do?

To check, did you pre-order Sea of Thieves? What do you see for it when you sign into your account and check your
Order History page?

Yeah, this is my gamertag (,) I dont know why but its only showing a old purchase from 2013, but I have Sea Of Thieves in this account

Thanks for that info Caio.

If you purchased Sea of Thieves on your account, it would show in your online Order History.

In this case, if you played it on your account through a friend's purchased copy of the game, you wouldn't be eligible for a Black Dog pack code as it was a pre-order bonus.

Hi, im back, i just tested the game and i do not received the black dog pack, i'm just answering another code working in france. or giving me the black dog pack to my account.

Please be fast, all my friends are playing with this pack and the problem come from the code and nothing else.
