I accidentally clicked console instead of cloud and now all my cloud data is gone

Discus and support I accidentally clicked console instead of cloud and now all my cloud data is gone in XBoX Accessibility to solve the problem; I don't understand why that overwritten my cloud data.     I accidentally clicked console instead of cloud and now all my cloud data is gone


    I don't understand why that overwritten my cloud data. I was going to sync data on a game for my boyfriend he hasn't played in awhile. I click console instead of cloud and when I try to delete local saves which does say it's only local and cloud saves will be fine. I do that to try and get it to sync again. When I do sync again it now says the cloud data is the same as the consoles aka nothing. I don't understand how I overwritten his entire cloud data. Any way to retrieve. I can't believe I did this I feel horrible.

    For whatever reason, after reinstalling my profile and launching Forza the synced data from the cloud was not correct. I lost all of my progress in the game (20+ million cr, lvl 110, lots of rare cars). Is there any way to obtain old cloud save data? I
    know I have cloud saves as I switch between PC and Xbox. All gone now.

    So basically, all my hard earned data from my Xbox console's 360 and/or ONE besides the account itself,

    is pretty much gone-zo unless it was auto-uploaded to the cloud WHILE the cloud was ACTIVE, correct?

    Restarted xbox screen went black and never restarted so I unplugged...

    Is there a way to check the cloud? Because it seems like my data is all gone
