I accidentally changed my gamertag

I acidentally changed my gamertag while I was thinking of another gamertag, I thought that the silver button when you press was to cancel the name but instead it was confirming to change the nametag, quite a mistake on my part but I just didnt saw it as
I thought the green button was confirm. And when I wanted to change now it said that I had to pay. Is there a way to contact xbox with live chat and can I ask to change my gamertag for free?

You could contact them and see what they say, but I doubt it would be successful.

Support won't have the option to return your previous gamertag. The best options that you'll have is to either stick with your new, current gamertag or change it back by purchasing a new gamertag change at https://social.xbox.com/.
