HyperX Mouse and Keyboard compatibility

Hello, I just recently bought a HyperX keyboard and mouse to play Fortnite, but my mouse moves very laggy. Any way to solve this? I tried searching for answers, but none of them worked. Will Xbox update the mouse compatibility for gaming mouses with high
DPI and high polling rate work?

That feature was just introduced and some lag is to be expected yet in my understanding there would be further updates to assure a better use of the mouse and keyboard with xbox consoles

 

Go switch poling rate to 125hz mouse back to normal.

Sorry for the issue with lagging in Fortnite with the mouse. This is sounding like it a common issue with that game. As Lukas mentioned you can change the poling rate. You can also visit the

mouse and keyboard troubleshooting and see if that helps you also. The poling rate is in the game settings, also one is in the Xbox settings for the mouse.

Thank you, but how do I change the polling rate? with a bit a research I found out that I have to download the company´s software and change it manually right? But somehow I cant find it, maybe HyperX doesnt have a software for mac. In game settings as
well? I couldnt find it neither maybe Im just dumb or something but I tried as well in the Xbox settings, in the section of kinect and other, tried to change it to 1 (slowest) because someone in a video said that it would work, but it didnt. Can someone
tell me where exactly is to change the polling rate in the game settings of Fortnite? Thank you in advance. And Thank you Lukas as well

 

They just implemented this feature dont expect it to be 100% smooth...

 

I imagine Xbox will include support for more mice and keyboards in future updates, and as time goes on, we will see less issues with using mouse and keyboards on Xbox, due to future updates to tackle common issues.
