    HyperX Headset not connecting anymore


    My HyperX headset for Xbox One is no longer connecting. I’ve tried it on my laptop so I know it still works, but it will not work on any of our Xbox controllers (we have 3). We just got the Xbox, the controllers and the headset for Christmas. I’ve
    tried every troubleshooting idea out there on Google and none have worked. Is anyone else having this issue and can anyone help me with this? Thank you!
