Hyperx Cloudx Flight party chat echo

I recently purchased the HyperX Cloudx Flight for my Xbox Series X, and when I was in party chat today my friends were saying that the mic was echoing. However, it was a weird echo where they could hear clearly what I was hearing in my headset, such as the announcers in Call of Duty, and even the sound of me taking the pin off of my grenade.

Is this something wrong with the headset? How can I fix this?

I checked the settings there, everything was fine. I simply need a microphone to adjust the volume so that I can lower the micropone volume. I don't understand why this option is not possible on xbox?

Sorry to hear it. I'd recommend checking the headset settings to make sure the sound settings are adjusted properly. If there is no option for balance/volume on the headset then use the console volume settings to adjust your settings.
