    The microphone of my headphones only works if I press hard on the connection to get it into the Xbox controller (i.e. in a certain position).the audio of the headphones is working Excellent and there are no problems with it except the microphone when
    I connect it to the controller. Has anyone this happened and knows what to do? I do not want to spend money just on things that will not benefit me
    In my pc The microphone works great and I also tried other headphones on the same controller and they worked (so probably the problem is not the Controller).... Tnx for help

    Kingston HyperX Cloud Headset

    That's what I was leaning towards. I know the Kingston HyperX Cloud 2 headset. supposedly remedied the mic issues. However, it's controls were built into the USB3 soundcard which doesn't work with the XBOX1 controller so the biggest improvement on them
    was actually the most detrimental thing to using them on an XBOX1. Hopefully they can sell just a spare Cloud 2 mic. Or at least point me in the direction of one I can Frankenstein into it

    Technology is making and also preventing a buzzing noise in my mic

    Currently I am using a HyperX Cloud 2 headset, but(shouldve mentioned this in my original post) It is not the mic as I have gotten the same buzzing sound from any combination of 3 controllers and 4 mics with or w/out an adapter.

    i have a hyperx cloud 2 headset that is wired. it has nothing to do with the headset though. it works good on all other devices

    why cant I use good headsets on my X Box?

    My hyperx cloud 2 set sounded pretty nice. Hellblade was very immersive.

    Please recommend a XBOX Gaming HEADSET

    HyperX are good and work fine on XBOX. I went for the hyperx cloud 2 model to use on both PC and XBOX (everything you need already included in the package).

    If you use the headset for long gaming sessions, anyway be sure to try it if possible before purchase since comfort will be a top priority in that case.
