    Hyperkin Duke controller ( one button doesn't work)


    Hi recently bought the Hyperkin duke controller and its really nice to play with that controller. and i only have own it like 2 month and now one button stoped working??!!

    do someboidy know how to fix it or do i have to turn to xbox support?

    and the button that dosent work is RT.

    Nostalgia for the Duke Controller?

    Microsoft isn't bringing the duke back. Hyperkin is making a controller modeled after the duke for the Xbox One. It's not a Microsoft product.

    If you are experiencing issues with your Controller and it is within it's 90 Day Warranty period. You could always contact

    Xbox Support     to look into getting the controller serviced.

    Yeah i know., i wanted to see if somebody else have the same problem..!? Because i got to send this to them and it will take like a month for them to give me back that controller.. i love that controller.. but thanks for the reply eric

    Does Xbox service these controllers? They are 3rd party controllers (which is why it isn't wireless.)

    Thats true!?! I dont know if the xbox take cares of this??? I will find out. Because i bought it in the us and i live in sweden so i hope the have warranty covers that.

    The Clue is in the name. Hyperkin make the Duke controller. As far as I'm aware it's an official licensed product. If the controller is faulty, you'll need to contact the manufacturer, which in this
    case would be Hyperkin.

    Hyperkin are a U.S based company, more well known for their Retron clone consoles than their controllers.

    Hello If it is a third party controller Microsoft doesn't do any repairs on 3rd party. Only way you would get it repaired thru us would be a Microsoft product. Your best option in this case would be to contact the manufacturer see if they have any repair
    options.
