    I just bought Hydro Thunder for the Xbox 360 on my Xbox One digitally. It downloaded fine, it loads up fine, but then on the load screen it says I have to download a profile to play. It tries to connect, and then says it can't connect to Xbox Live. So
    I can't do anything with the game. I checked and my connection is fine , and other games can connect to Live just fine. I uninstalled the game and downloaded it again. Same problem. So now, I'm stuck with this game that I've owned for minutes that won't work,
    the Xbox Support system won't let me message or talk to an actual person, and apparently the game is non-refundable. I just want a refund or to be able to play this game that I paid $16 for that hasn't worked at all since I bought it.

    It's still not working today and I checked that I was connected to LIVE. I was and I could still do online on other games. The problem was just with Hydro Thunder.
