Hydro Thunder DLC not showing up

I purchased Hydro Thunder Hurricane a few days ago and now I am trying to install the free "Tempest Pack" multiplayer DLC. I have tried buying it through the store on my Xbox One and buying it through the store online. It shows that I have purched the DLC
but there is nothing under "Ready to Install" on my Xbox One. I previously installed the free Red Dead Redemption DLC through my Xbox One and it works great. I called microsoft but the customer service rep didn't even know what DLC was... any ideas?

Hello have you tried going through the dashboard marketplace to download the contents rather than the ingame store? That works a lot better for me. Hope this helps

Hi. I live in Argentina. I've bought the full version of Hydro Thunder Hurricane and it works fine, both in single and multiplayer modes, but I can't play races where someone is using DLC boats or DLC circuits. In those cases, it appears an emergent window
saying that I have to download some content, for free, but when I follow the instruction, I'm unable to do it. I have no problem to paid for the DLC contents. How can I get them?

That pack primarily enables you to play with users who have purchased the Tempest Pack (Full Version). Have you run into any issues with connecting to lobbies hosted by players who own that content? That'll help us narrow the issue down a bunch!

 

Yes, it kicks me out of the lobby and takes me to the store where I can get the DLC. I have "purchased" the free dlc several times but it never shows up.
