Hybrid Theory looking for more players - Mulit-game

Hello All!

What are we looking for: People dedicated to enjoying an awesome gaming experience. Tired of playing solo and losing because your team just can't keep up? Are you always playing against a team of people who are making your teammates rage quit? Do you
want to now become a part of a team/squad/crew/whatever? Do you want to play the damn game and win?



Hybrid Theory (hT) is looking for these types of people:



1) We start with a squad leader. This is the person who feels that they can help keep the squad together. They are level headed, willing to communicate, and pretty social [they will also aid in recruiting the rest of their squad, seeing
as how these will be the people you play with most]. I will play with this team until we find all 5 other players where I will branch off and find another squad leader. The squad leaders goal is to keep the team together, to keep lines of communication open
with me and the other squads, and to make sure everyone is simply enjoying themselves.



2) We add squad members. Besides Slayers, each team MUST have a Support player. Can the squad leader be the support player? Yes! If he isn't, he must look for a support player. So what is a Support player? These are the players who
don't mind taking OBJs (objectives). They are the hill holders, the domination point capturers, the people who don't mind dying for the greater good- the WIN. Why do we need this type of play style? Its easy to put 6 people who can slay for days and get massive
KDs on a team, but when the goal is to cap flags, capture points, hold a hill, most people say screw that and will lose only to say who cares I have 100 kills. This mentality is exactly what we want to get away from. So if we have a person who understands
that this is their job then we shouldn't run into these issues.



TL;DR: Putting a group of people together. Need Squad Leaders. Each squad must have a Support Player. Let's win! Details in the wall of text above.

• Squad Leaders
  • These are the players that don’t mind building a new group of players for a certain Game Mode. They will assist in recruiting and building a custom squad to play with. If this is something you are interested please make sure you can answer the following
    questions.
    • Are you 18+?
    • Do you have a working mic?
    • What is your GamerTag?
    • What is your play schedule? (Days, times, and time zone)
    • Are you willing to help recruit? (Bump post on forums, in-game recruiting, and trying out new players)
      
    • Can you make Clan Wars? (Usually happens once a month and on weekends)
      
    • How is your personality as a leader? (Do you get upset when you lose? Can you keep the moral of the team high? Do you go on tilt often?)
      
    • What game mode(s) do you play? Do you specialize in Core or HC?
• Members
  • These are the players that are the core of a squad. They have different play styles and can assist the Squad Leader when needed. They don’t have as many responsibilities, but there are expectations. If you are interested in being a member please make
    sure you can answer the following questions.
    • Are you 18+?
    • Do you have a working mic?
    • What is your GamerTag?
    • What is your play schedule? (Days, times, and time zone)

cant redeem a code..??

XBOX i as well as many others wish you could help us out on 343/waypoint's phony codes. They have passed out many codes to their players that are phony or duplicates and don't work. Its pretty sad how a mulit million dollar company plays their own games
with their gamers. Not a smart choice. COD is looking pretty good right now..
