HW:DE code not yet recieved

Hey everyone - I realize there's a lot of frustration and disappointment with the release of Halo Wars: Definitive Edition and how the codes have (or haven't) been distributed. We've been working with teams around Microsoft to try and get some help for those
of you who should've received a code but haven't.If you pre-ordered the digital Halo Wars 2: Ultimate Edition PRIOR to 12/20 then you should have received your HWE code by now. If you haven't gotten it then something is probably wrong.First, if you have
questions or are experiencing issues, please check out this page: http://support.xbox.com/en-US/games/game-titles/halo-wars-2-preorderSecondly, if you did pre-order the digital HW2:Ultimate Edition before 12/20 and haven't received a HWE code then you're
asked to try one of the following for the quickest resolution: * Engage with the Xbox community team via http://forums.xbox.com or @XboxSupport on Twitter. We're told that they can check your status and issue a code if
applicable. * If you prefer to speak with someone, please contact the call center via http://support.xbox.com and the agent should also be able to verify your status and issue a code if applicable. * Lastly you can also
wait and hope to be included in the next wave but at this time we're not sure when that will occurAgain this is only for customers who pre-ordered prior to 12/20. If you pre-ordered more recently than that then they won't be able to help you and you'll get
a code in an upcoming distribution wave.Thank you and our apologies again, we know this has been far from ideal and we're sorry some of you have had this experience.

Have yet to recieve my Halo Wars Definitive Edition code.

I pre-ordered before 20th and have yet to recieve the code. I was told to contact you guys about getting the code expeditated if I had not recieved it yet. See this post here:

It says if you ordered before 20th december the code is suppose to have arrived and to contact you guys if it hadn't.

 

Haven't received the Halo Wars DE code yet.

I bought the HW2 UE and never recieved the code for the HW DE. It has been almost 14 days and still havent gotten it.
