HVT intel

So I have 60+ of these and it's soon getting round to the weekly reset, anybody know if it will reset your Intel as well? Or do I go for a many targets today (monday)? Am only gs 191 so have plenty to go for. Thanks in advance

I do agree with the idiots who run around oblivious to the fact that they are HVT and end up getting picked off or they know and don't care? But I do think that having the intel far away is good, only because it makes it that much more worth it when you
succeed. Plus, and this is just my opinion, even with team coordination, it is difficult to get the HVT to the intel which adds more to the game mode.

 

High Value Target

HVT has to be the worst and most aggravating objective in Conflict, and it either needs to be removed or have its % chance of occurring severely reduced. As of right now, its basically a free objective win for the other team when it occurs.

30-35% of the time the HVT gets selected while he is in the middle of a firefight or surrounded by enemies, leading to his instant death and objective loss.

Then usually a absolutely pants-on-head retarded person gets picked, and they run out and die. Great fun.

And even if a competent person is selected as HVT, the Intel point is almost always placed almost on top of the enemy spawn, usually in an area with little cover or no way to actually defend it (or prevent grenade spam). Oh, and the upload takes just as long
as other objectives, but can only be accomplished BY ONE PERSON.

It either needs its chance of occurring changed, or the team with the HVT needs to receive double Victory points for completing the objective, since they technically did complete two separate objectives (protect a person and capture a point on the map).

 

It hasn't reset any of my intel credits since they came out, so I think your credits are fine. I had 64 last week, and I played last night and I still have 64.

The only HVT's I do though are the ones for the gear.

The ones for Phoenix credits... to me its kind of 50/50 as to whether it takes longer to farm intel and do the hvt, or just do the the Tunnel and Lexington on challenging....

 

Yeah good point! I only do them for the chance of gear drops also PC are just a bonus . You willing to do some runs on the harder dailys to see what gear I would be looking at? Before moving up to the weekly targets. I do tend to struggle but it's more
because I am fighting against the time as well:/

 

I did a few runs on the weekend and I mostly got 214 Lone Star gloves, knee pads, and a friend of mine got Predator stuff. We ran out of credits to do more after that. I'm told its POSSIBLE to get 240 stuff, but I haven't seen any yet from the HVTs.

I was more pleased with the weapon skins I got instead of the gear
