    Does anyone remember this from 2007/2009 and then again in 2012?

    The game had some real promise - play in an open world MMORPG like WoW and then you could take place in up to 100 man battles in an FPS arena which played like the Unreals of old.

    Really hope someone can pickup and follow though with something like this - especially if they could work out cross platform

    Canned for xbox, and the game is pretty much dead on the PC (played beta 3 years ago), rubbish game.

    There's Dust 514 and the upcoming Planetside 2 on that other console and there was MAG.

    The technical issues involved in an large scale online FPS with large numbers of players are pretty epic, especially when it comes to hit detection, shooting accuracy and connection latency.

    .

    I suppose the nearest (player number-wise) thing on xbox currently would be BF4 and you can see how much of a nightmare the development of that has been already. Destiny has similarities too.

    .

    There's definitely room for a true MMOFPSRPG (lol, acronym-tastic) though.

    I remember this.It was meant to be a 360 launch title or just after launch then just vanished.

    Did look promising.

    The game was cancelled, even after 2 rounds of open Beta testing in Korea. Console versions were officially suspended to work on the PC version since 2009,but the game was still in development for the PC up until mid 2010. Since then, the developers have
    said all versions were being suspended and no news as to continuing the game has been released.

    As Scope said, as far as anyone can tell, the game has been cancelled.
