    First, sorry for my bad English .. i'll try to do my best.

    Ok, the problem is, i Buy a player (Frederik Andersen/Stanley Cup edition) for 31 150 pucks..

    i won the auction.. my money disappear .. and NO PLAYER !! no player on my album or my priority list..(Liste prioritaire)

    so... what can i do ? how to contact Microsoft.. or ea sports to get back my pucks ?

    yea its all about luck i was lucky to get one... but wait for packs to go on sale so you dont have to spend that much... i mean my team is full of star players but i only have 2 golds one i bought and the other i got lucky cuz i bought a pack with microsoft
