    My husband is banned on the forums for no reason... he has no infractions on his account and nothing is wrong

    His gamer tag is Mr John Dowe

    Husband 24 hour ban for no reason.

    my husbands gamertag was banned for 24 hours yesterday after 9 years of being on xbox live. No explaination and now he still cant get online even though the 24hours has gone. Phoned support and they said he needs too post on forums but he cant directly as
    it wont let him

    Well if he's reincarnated a few thousand times he'll eventually be able to log back in.

    His best bet is to contact a forum moderator and send them a private message. Maybe he'll get an answer.

    Sorry but that's all the help we can provide. The only reason you would have lost GS is if the PET deemed that you got those points illegitimately. Only they can give a specific reason for the reset. Also, if the action happened more than 18 months ago
    you would not be able to request a Case Review.

    Have a read over the
    Policy Enforcement     page but as Daft Badger has explained you will not be able to file a case review if the suspension is only a 24 hours suspension.
