i have but there is no one you can contact anymore its ridiculous how they can just ruin 9 years of Gamerscore with nothing wrong done and give no reason and no way of contacting anyone. Its a terrible con

If you lost just your 360 Gamerscore then it's probably been reset for modding it.

They don't reset gamerscores without a thorough investigation.

Sorry but that's all the help we can provide. The only reason you would have lost GS is if the PET deemed that you got those points illegitimately. Only they can give a specific reason for the reset. Also, if the action happened more than 18 months ago
you would not be able to request a Case Review.

Have a read over the
Policy Enforcement page but as Daft Badger has explained you will not be able to file a case review if the suspension is only a 24 hours suspension.
