Huntress Figurehead

I have yet to receive the code for the Huntress Figurehead.

I was able to create a Mixer account and log in with my GT and Xbox Live account catching the last 10 minutes of the showing....but have received no notification of it coming to my account.

Please assist with this as I am a huge fan and play about 9 hours a day.

I have not received my figurehead I watched the entire stream and I have a mixer account but I still did not receive the huntress figurehead please help!

 

I believe quantities were limited, so if you didn't get the notification check your order history to see if it's there, if it's not I'm afraid you arrived late.

 

The quantities were limited to 1 million, that stream only had 50-60 thousand views.

 

Same situation for me as well. I see in other threads that this is the best method to go about the issue, so hopefully it can be taken care of. I found a different avenue that I thought was correct by contacting them directly, but to no avail.

 

I never received a message through XBL like I had in the past and assumed there was a mistake. It wasnt until yesterday that somebody had mentioned to check your purchase history and there it was, dated August 21st.
