Hung up on/ No help/ No support

Hello Xbox, for the third time. You gave out my information to a third party claiming to be from EA and asking for a $2,00 (USD) fee to resolve my problem. This is not the Microsoft way (Micro transactions differ). Ref # 2552044 (Victor) was of no help and
Sarah (if she exists) refused to provide me a reference number and refused to allow me to speak to a manager or higher authority. This complaint is in reference to an outsourced third party company telemarketing me on Microsoft and EA's behalf. This needs
to be resolved.

Filled it out on Friday and still no email, support centre did not help at all, half way through the Chat "mack" hung up, very frustrating and unprofessional

Don't call Microsoft support for help.

Dont call Microsoft Support for help or you will be hung up on and blacklisted from calling them ever again. My computer got ratted and i called them to help me with my account and the lady Jen didn't help me in the slightest and when i told her i
was upset about no body helping me she hung up on me and blacklisted me from calling. I was not rude to her at all just slightly frustrated about no body helping which i have the right to be. Now i use Gmail and am considering switching to Playstation when
i upgrade. Everybody knows Microsoft Support are HORRIBLE at doing their job but i had no clue it was this bad!

Reference numbers will be of no use here, as customer support agents don't use the forums. Also, I've never heard of EA calling people and demanding money to fix "problems". Anything involving random calls to solicit money is likely a scam.

If I were you, I'd start changing passwords in your Microsoft account, EA account, and perhaps even your email inbox. Use two-step verification (if available) to further secure those accounts from fraud. Ignore any more calls from these people claiming to
be from EA, and do not give your personal information out.
