Hung Advertisement stopping reward purchases

It's about a week now and a Microsoft Sudoku (or however you spell that) ad (the 30 second version) just hangs after playing for about two to three seconds making it impossible to access the free rewards for both the tickets and coins. Can you fix this?
It is one thing to have to watch the same Microsoft ads over and over and over and over month after month (you get the picture) but it is really annoying when the ads hang and no matter how many tries you just get the screen stating that your purchase can't
be completed. It all worked fine until you recently inserted these 30 second versions into the ad rotation. The 15-second version was much more tolerable and at least the purchases worked with those ads!

I'll get right on it. World peace and stopping hunger will have to take the back burner while I sort this out.
