Human Fall Flat won’t load on X Box One

Purchased Human Fall Flat for my daughter last year. She hasn’t played it for a couple of months and now it won’t load, even though it shows up in our list of games. We get an error message to sign in with the profile used to purchase the game. We
double-checked and it is the same profile, and we recently renewed our subscription. We tried to restart the X-Box and that didn’t work either. Not sure why it won’t let her play.

Have you tried uninstalling the game and reinstalling it?

Thank you for posting on the Xbox forums. I'd be happy to help.

It sounds like there could be a conflict with IP address's or something network related. Are you both using the same network? What does the Xbox Live test show under Settings>Gaming?

Have you made sure that Windows and the Microsoft Store is up to date? I would also run the troubleshooter to find any issues Start button, and then select Settings >
Update & Security >
Troubleshoot, and then from the list select Windows Store apps > Run the troubleshooter.
