    Hulu Plus App won't open


    Hulu Plus will not work on my xbox one. It will open to the home screen where it has TV Movies SWITCH TO COMMERCIAL FREE. But not pictures in those squares, a few seconds later it completely closes. I am able to open every other app like netflix, hbogo
    but not hulu plus. I have gone through a complete troubleshooting with xbox support and nothing has worked. Is there anyone else out there experiencing this issue or does anyone have a solution?

    Hulu Plus app not working

    When trying to open the App it says:

    Hulu Plus Service

    There was a problem with the Hulu network configuration

    and yes I have tried the hulu app on my Phone, 3DS, and PC and they all work fine, just not the one on my 360

    Hulu Plus app broken?

    I know it says that this app is fixed, but it still doesn't work right. I cannot chose anything once I am inside of this app. I hope that it will be fixed soon. Same thing still with Iheart radio too. Cannot chose what station I want and it also says that
    this app is fixed.

    Xbox go to Vudu opens up Hulu, every time.

    I have a similar problem trying to open Hulu+. I say "Xbox go to Hulu Plus" and it opens Ubisoft's uplay or Valiant Hearts or does nothing.

    Sorry to hear about the app issues. I went ahead and moved your post so that we can provide support specifically tailored to you. I recommend trying a few troubleshooting steps to see if we can get this issue sorted.

    Please give the following steps a try:



    • Press the Menu button on your Xbox One controller and select Settings.
    • Select Remove accounts and then select the profile that is experiencing the issue.
    • Select Remove from this Xbox.
    • Press and hold the power button on your Xbox One console for 10 seconds.
    • Once your console is powered off, unplug the power cord.
    • Wait 5 minutes and then plug in your console.
    • Power on your console and select the Sign in tab.
    • Select Add new, then add your email address and password.
    • Complete the Sign-in & security preferences and then try to load the Hulu app.

    Give the suggested steps a try and let us know if you are able to sign in to Hulu with the correct profile.

    Hard reset console (hold down power button on the console for 8 seconds) then try installing again.

    Could you try deleting the Hulu Plus App, then clearing your console's cache, and reinstalling the app? :)
