Hulu not saving login

About a week ago (maybe slightly less) Hulu stopped saving my login information. I have to login every time I use it which is REALLY annoying. No matter which option I use (registering it with Hulu or just logging in with email) it asks for it again the
next time I start the app.

I've tried using the log in online option as well and activated the device a couple times and it still makes me sign in. Seems like every time I turn my Xbox off it makes me sign in again.

Hi! I use the Hulu app pretty regularly and it seems that every time I close the app and restart it since the new update it makes me put in my email and password to start it up. I've signed in numerous times since and still forces me to sign in every time.
I've looked within the app to find a 'keep me signed in' button to turn on but there isn't one. I've uninstalled and re-installed the app trying to fix it, but to no avail. Any help or tips would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about the issue. If you haven't yet, please make sure your Xbox One console is up to date with the latest system update. From your Xbox One dashboard:

• Open the Guide menu
• Scroll down to Settings
• Select 'All Settings'
• Scroll down to System
• Select 'Console Info & Updates'
• See if there's an available update
• If so, please update your Xbox one

If your Xbox One is currently up to date, I would suggest the following:

• Delete the App
  
• Remove your Xbox Live account from your console
  
• Power Cycle your console
  
• Add your account
• Re-download the app

Give those two steps a try and see if it helps with the issue you are experiencing.

I am also having this issue since the most recent major update.

My xbox is up to date, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app with no success.

Are you typing your login in the application, or doing the activate code from Hulu.com? I was having this same issue when using another gamertag on the same box, but by reinstalling the app, and then using the "login online" feature to get the code (and
type it in at hulu.com/activate) my issue was resolved.

I then actually had a new entry on my hulu.com account under manage devices.

This is a known issue with Hulu since a recent update a few days back. What I've noticed is that the Xbox One does not show up under "Managed Devices" within the Hulu account info section when you login on their website. I spoke with a support person from
Hulu and he documented everything I was experiencing and he said others had complained about the same issue. He noticed multiple entries in the backend database for my Xbox One for each time it was "activated" but for whatever reason it's not getting associated
with the account. This does not appear to be a Microsoft issue at this point so whatever was suggested above is not going to resolve this problem.
