    hulu, comedy central, etc apps freezing over and over


    hello---when we use movie and tv apps---especially hulu plus, comedy central, and sometimes youtube and amazon prime, we get playback errors and frozen, then unfrozen, then frozen again screens constantly--it has gotten a lot worse lately and uninstalling
    then installing the apps will only help a bit for about a week---- any suggestions???? thank you! jen

    Issues with Comedy Central and FX Now

    i have the same issue with all the tv channel apps (Syfy, FX, USA, Fox, Comedy Central, etc...). I guess nobody here has an answer so i will post back if i find one elsewhere.

    Have you tried a system reboot? Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds, it will turn off and reboot and clear out the cache

    I have tried the Xbox custom caption settings, it does affect the app.

    The only options for Xbox support are a 1-800 number, the chat bot, and this. I tried the chat bot, (not helpful) and I am not looking forward to being on hold on the phone for this issue.
