Hulu CC not appearing

Ever since yesterday I have been having problems with CC on Hulu.I clicked the button as usual yet nothing appears I've also made sure a I go into my setting and enable CC but it does nothing at all....It's been rather frustrating not being able to watch
a show that's in a different language without CC

Xbox One Hulu App closed captioning won't turn off

This is an odd problem, and really it's a moot problem, because I can just watch the shows on my computer, but it's aggravating me because it shouldn't do this! When I try to watch ANY show on Hulu, I get these weird yellow-font captions at the bottom.
If I bring up the console on screen, and go to CC for Closed Captions, it shows that it's turned off. If I turn it on, then I get two sets of captions, one white and one yellow. The closed captioning under the Ease of Access setting on the Xbox One itself
is turned off. I don't know what else to check. I logged into my Hulu.com account on my computer to check if it happens there, but it does not. I also cannot find any default CC setting in my Hulu.com account. On the Xbox One, this only happens with Hulu,
and not any other app. It also does not happen on the Xbox 360. Any thoughts? Has anybody else had this issue? I'm pretty much ready to just delete the Hulu app, remove it from my activated programs in my Hulu.com account, and start over.

 

Closed Captioning has a good 5 min delay. Effects a lot of video apps.

If you are hearing impaired, I would not be renting or buying movies on the xbox right now. Even this free movie weekend with The Green Hornet we are having, there is a tad over 4 minutes delay in the closed captioning.

It's obviously a control problem with all the new Ease of Use settings, because instead of letting ( the common sense way ) you turn CC on or off for each app individually, its a blanket setting that is broken. Even when you turn CC of in playback of
a movie, it gets turned back on.

None of that matters when your Hulu or Media player, or Netflix video is useless with a long CC delay. I think the longer the movie, the longer the disparity of the CC. This was a common problem with video / audio codex's with Windows that complicated
things, and now we have the luxury of dealing with all that I guess. ready DLNA server doesn't even work anymore
