hulu and netflix lock up system and full black screen

no buttons work on controller and have to power off/on thru box. have used hulu for a long time-no probs. few weeks back i updated and it has not worked correct since. i have premium and it works on desktop and laptop. so i thought i would try netflix -
same problem...

can't do anything online

Same problem here. Black screen if I try to load a game and it will lock up if I pull up the guide button. Seems the few friends that were online on my list were in Netflix, nobody was playing anything. Must be a major issue.

HULU and NETFLIX

I am thinking about upgrading to a family account and was wandering if all members will be able to view hulu and netflix from a console seperate from the main one or if seperate hulu and netflix accounts would be needed?

Sorry to hear about the app trouble you're experiencing. Have you possibly tried uninstalling both apps, power cycling, and then reinstalling them to see if there's any change with their performance?

hulu and american NEtflix espn and last fm is not legally allowed in canada as they are region locked

you will have to sign up for canadian netflix and )espn when its available ) with an canadian xbox account

buying a ps3 will not solve the hulu or the american netflix issue as it is also region locked

Netflix, Amazon, Hulu Plus are all not working... everything loads fine, and then black screen, and my console is frozen. Had this problem for the last few days with Netflix, and occasionally with Hulu Plus, now it just sucks. Did I mention that it SUCKS?

Of course, when I tried checking my network connection I got a yellow notice that "matchmaking" had some issue. WTF? And, said, go to Xbox live, for a service announcement, that I, of course, cannot locate.

ok I figured it out. its actually not random. wherever I put a pin, the next time I go back it is located one more tile to the left. FOR EXAMPLE:

I start in order from left to right (hulu, Netflix, crackle, youtube)

1 if I take Netflix and put it at the end ( hulu, crackle, youtube, Netflix)

2 then the next time it will show ( hulu, crackle, Netflix, youtube)

3 now lets say I take hulu and put it at the end ( crackle, Netflix, youtube, hulu)

4 now then it will show ( crackle, Netflix, hulu, youtube)

5 ok one last example I take crackle and put it in between Netflix and hulu ( Netflix, crackle, hulu, youtube)

6 ok it goes back to ( crackle, Netflix, hulu, youtube)

hopefully this examples it but like I said, it goes one more tile over to the left that I place it at.
