Huge Xbox Preview Program Glitch

I'm on the Xbox One Preview Program and using game share with my friend

I bought 3 games yesterday and he wasn't able to use any of them, He got on to Customer service about this.

They said they would refund me the money and i had to buy the games through the Marketplace on a Browser,

Not sure if it takes a few days for the money to come back into my account but so far no money? I did get the emails confirming the refund though?

I'm having a *** week and just wanted to zone out and play some games and now i can't play them.

Please fix this issue as soon as possible. I'm cracking up here...

The changes in the store, purchases made in the new store while in the preview program cannot be shared. So you won't be able to share the games until the update becomes public.

It's actually a glitch. They preview program is not giving away free games.

It's actually a glitch that several people in the preview program have reported.

I wish a hard reset would help lol. I've unplugged my box and let it sit for 5 minutes twice today and I still can't report my issues through the app. Oh well, I'll just post in the forum as new issues arise.
