    Hi. I've read that the Jackpot (similar to slot machines or video slot machines) has issues saving coins after winning said coins. It has happened to me exactly one time, and that just happened to be on the biggest win I've ever had. I won approximately
    243,500 coins and that amount never went into my balance. Is there a way to recover the coins? Is there something I can send that will show the win? It was a few hours ago, from when I'm writing this, about 11:30pm or so on Sunday, June 2nd, if that is helpful
    at all. I had just spend over $50 at the Microsoft store to buy coins that I then used to win this, and that is a lot of money to me, so I am interested in recovering the win, or receiving a refund if the coins are not recoverable, since that would indicate
    that the game is broken, I would think. Thank you for your time.

    I keep losing my coins on Microsoft jackpot. I just lost 2,300,000 points which irritates the hell out of me. I just procured 900,000 points this morning and I won over 2,300,000 points. I left the game and came back and it says I have 500 points. This is
    not the first time this happened. On the "year of the dragon" after I win free spins, I have lost over 1,000,000 points twice when it is loaded on the game. I must be a "glutton for punishment" because I keep playing it.

    I haven't had better luck, but I've had equal luck. I didn't even know there were 30k jackpots. It was insane. On this account I get insane jackpots, I used to get like 70 credits EVERY time and NEVER got a jackpot despite never quitting, but now I get 5
    jackpots a day and my average slot machine bonus is 500-1,000 :D

    I just applied. I'd say my chance are about the same as winning a free coffee on the "Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrollllllllll up the Rim to win" contest. Nah. Let's make that the same as winning the 6/49 jackpot which is slim to none.

    Microsoft Jackpot

    I have been having the same problem as above - except I have not upgraded the machine to Win 10. I have tried that - but lost all printers, and the ability to even access the printers through control panel. So uninstalled Win 10, and back to 8.1.

    However, 80,000 coins disappeared. Have insured the internet and cloud is connected when I have started Jackpot - so far so good - now, another 35,000 have disappeared. And continually getting the cannot sync to cloud error message - even though I confirm
    that I am connected.

    To say this is frustrating is an understatement. I have tried uninstalling Jackpot, restarted the machine and reinstalled, but have the same concerns as above, the reinstall is a little too fast - so how can you insure that it is an updated version?
