HUGE problems with Xbox One X

So i have a questions and i really hope to get an answer so i can fix this problem.

I have an Xbox one X for about a year now. Everything was perfectly fine for about the first 6-7 months but after that, it started to act weird.

It was not that bas at first but since the last 2 weeks i'd say, it's worst than ever.

First of all, the Xbox is slow, you see that it don't work properly. Then we have the download problems, where when i'm downloading a game and start a game in the same time, the download stop.

Then we have the blu ray app which do not start at all. When i vlivk on the app, the blue screen with the bly ray logo appear but after a minute or two, they tell me that the starting of the app was too long and they give me an error code.

Plus, i had lots of bugs where they give me also tons of errors code like E102 / E105 / E105 - 8027025A...

I just don't kbow what to do at this point... should I send it to get it fix or there's an other option? Cause i did a bunch of reset plus a hard reset /factory reset and i still have those codes and problems... I'm a bit frustrated about the situation!

Hi, you will see a slight difference with an original Xbox one. Having an Xbox one S is a great leap forward but the Xbox one X is where you will see a huge difference. Yes it is worth investing in as you will then be ready for the Xbox one X.

 

Monster hunter world, game play anywhere?

Hello, I want to buy a xbox one x in order to play Monster Hunter World now, but several questions have to be asked before.

Can I use my xbox one x backup from MHW later on pc with w10? Is the game intended to be "Play anywhere"?

If so it will give a huge advantage to xbox one (x) players

Thanks for bringing the issue to the forums. Sorry you having multiple issues with the console. From time to time OS files can get corrupt all the E error codes you are getting are for OS specifically. We recommend doing a

Soft factory reset, this is where you select keep games and apps. Then see how it acts afterwards. Before doing so please make sure you know the account information as it does remove all profiles from the console.

I also did the soft factory reset. It didn't worked at all.

I'm going to try to do a reset with a usb key but if it do not work, what do i do?

That would of been my next step is the offline update with USB. If that doesn't work you would need a repair. There are two ways you can set one up:

• Online repair- sign in register console then follow prompts.
• Request a call back and set repair up with a support agent

When you go to
Contact Us to get it to request a callback follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks
• Step 3-----select games
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you.

I tried the USB reset last night and it did not worked at all.

I have one more question...

You gave me a contact us link to follow for the repair but i'm from Montreal, Quebec, Canada and the steps you gave me once i'm on the contact us page do not work. Do you know where I can find a direct customer services phone number or I have to do the request
online with the xbox serial number?

 

Im just going to take a shot in the dark before you have to send in for repair. Do you happen to have an external drive connected? If so, can you unplug it and report back how the performance is?

 

No i don't have any external drive connected.

This morning, i had to do a second offline update and it freeze in the middle of it.

I think my last option is really to send it for repair which suck really bad!

Thanks for letting us know that you were having an issue with requesting a callback. The easiest way to request a call back (since there is no longer a direct customer service phone number) is to go to any page at
support.xbox.com and then scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'Contact Us'. Once you do so

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
• Step 2 ----select no thanks when presented with the option for Virtual Agent
• Step 3-----select games (selecting can't redeem code even though it isn't relevant to your issue)
• Step 4 ----select request a call from support

That should give you the option to request a callback from one of our Xbox Support agents. Then just let them know what is going on with your console and what you have already attempted and they will give you the support you need.
